Training Methodology

Our training methodology includes Lectures, demonstrations, and inspirations; Case studies of real situations, visual aids, individual and group exercises/assignments/special projects; pre-and-post-tests, course evaluations, etc.

Career Development Support after Training

Upon successful completion of training, each participant is awarded a certificate. Each participant is also provided free career development support that includes on-the-job mentorship and remote support for up to six months after the end of the training. Our career development support also includes free coaching on how to plan and grow an M&E/Project Management/Research career, and how to find and maintain a job.

Our graduates also attend our quarterly professional development seminars free of charge for up to a year.
